This report celebrates 10 years of MKBT’s existence. Beyond the many lessons learned, the things we are proud of, and our thoughts for the future, the report puts together the projects implemented during 2021–2023 or currently underway. Our project portfolio highlights the challenges we address, reflecting the team’s enduring presence in the communities we work with and our consistency in pursuing our priorities. Within the broad spectrum of topics related to urban regeneration, in recent years, we have dedicated most of our energy and expertise to advancing new practices in housing, leveraging latent built heritage, and reconnecting cities with their surrounding natural environment, all within the broader context of addressing climate change adaptation and the energy transition.
